Description
The selected consultant will assess the condition, performance, and remaining useful life of equipment, structures, and building systems at the Water Treatment Plant, Lake Front Pump Station, and West Side Reservoir. Work includes facility inspections, identification of deficiencies and code or safety concerns, development of an asset inventory suitable for integration into the Village’s GIS and asset management platforms, and recommendations for maintenance, repairs, rehabilitation, and replacement. The consultant will prepare facility assessment plans, a prioritized long-term capital and replacement schedule, probable cost estimates, and technical memoranda. The Statement of Qualifications must include a cover letter, firm profile, technical approach, draft example asset registry and replacement schedule, relevant experience, and examples of similar projects with client references. Pricing is not requested with the initial submission; selected firms may be interviewed and later invited to negotiate pricing and contract terms.
