Description
The University of Oregon is seeking a hosted online platform and associated services for virtual experiential learning and career development. The solution must support undergraduate-level learning modules, applied projects simulating work experience, live sessions with provider or host-organization representatives, virtual collaboration, guided learning and assessment, per-user and aggregate reporting with CSV export, marketing support, and scalability up to 20,000 users. The University expects the contractor to recruit participating host organizations and develop associated projects. Integration capabilities with Banner, Canvas, and Shibboleth should be described, although full integration is not required. Proposals must address experience with similar public and higher-education institutions, key personnel, recent client references, financial capability, the proposed goods and services, additional features, comparable case studies, implementation, training, accessibility, security and data-protection protocols, an itemized budget and price proposal, and sustainability. The proposed solution must comply with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards, and the proposer must provide a current VPAT plus at least one of a current SOC 2 Type 2 report, ISO 27001 certification with backup report, or completed HECVAT assessment. The anticipated contract term is three years, with four additional one-year renewal options at the University's discretion.
