Description
Metrocare Services is seeking a contractor to administer an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA). The scope includes plan design and implementation, employee eligibility and enrollment administration, reimbursement processing, coverage verification, compliance with applicable federal and state requirements, preparation of plan documents and notices, employee education and bilingual customer support, and ongoing account management. The contractor must provide a secure web-based administration platform with participant mobile access, workflow automation, document management, dashboards, reporting, and integration with payroll providers and Workday through file-based or API-based methods. Deliverables include an implementation plan, plan design recommendations, required plan documents and notices, employee communications, platform access, compliance support, monthly and annual reporting, and service-performance reports. Respondents should demonstrate comparable ICHRA experience, financial stability, cybersecurity capabilities, and four recent client references. The solicitation requests pricing for plan options, implementation, integration, compliance, platform, support, and projected premium expenses.
