Description
The Colorado Department of Corrections, on behalf of Colorado Correctional Industries, is soliciting a quote for approximately 180,000 sheets of white cardstock used to produce temporary license plates. The required material is 12 by 24 inches, 32 points thick, white, durable, and manufactured to lay flat with anti-curling characteristics. One side will be silk-screened, while the reverse side must have a water-resistant C1S adhesive coating. Pricing must include delivery and remain firm during the initial Purchase Order term. The agency may request a proof or sample before production. Respondents must submit the completed Exhibits A through F, including the statement of work and bidder response, required vendor information, W-9, price quote, outside-performance disclosure, and non-conflict-of-interest form. The anticipated Purchase Order term is September 23, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with a possible one-year renewal.
