Description
The City of Mesa is seeking professional consulting services for a comprehensive Business Services Department Master Plan. The study will evaluate current and future warehouse, storage, print, mail, and support-facility needs across the department’s West Mesa and East Mesa locations, including operational workflows, service demands, facility deficiencies, site constraints, growth projections, resiliency needs, and long-term operating models. The consultant will provide stakeholder engagement, facility programming, operational analysis, site-alternative evaluation, conceptual planning, implementation strategies, and cost estimating. The resulting master plan will support capital improvement planning, budgeting, operational resiliency, facility expansion or relocation decisions, and potential future design, bidding, construction administration, and related professional services. A potential West Mesa Warehouse relocation site at 200 S. Center Street is identified, and approximately $22 million may be available for implementation if a future bond election is approved.
