Description
The Ministry of Cybersecurity and Digital Technology is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers for professional services in two distinct components: project management and project monitoring and control. Each component will result in a separate on-demand contract with a single service provider for a maximum duration of 24 months. A service provider may bid on one or both components, but must submit a separate proposal for each component using the corresponding annexes. Work may be requested through either tariff-based or fixed-price execution requests, depending on the work and deliverables. Electronic submissions must include separate PDF files for the price file and quality demonstration, with each file limited to 75 MB; the price offer and any price schedule must be included together in the price file. Paper submissions must be sealed and clearly identified with the company name, solicitation number, and closing date.
