Description
Grayson College is seeking qualified investment advisory firms to provide comprehensive investment advisory, portfolio management, risk management, and performance-reporting services for all College investment assets. The portfolio is expected to range from approximately $50 million to $100 million. The College currently self-manages its assets and does not have an incumbent investment advisor. The College may establish a pool of multiple qualified advisors, with assignments potentially allocated by fund type, asset-class strategy, or short- versus long-term liquidity needs. The selected advisor must operate in accordance with the College's investment policy, the Texas Public Funds Investment Act, and applicable state law. Proposals will be evaluated on experience and reputation, service quality, compliance and financial stability, fee transparency, investment strategy and risk management, conflicts of interest, and local or regional access. Required response materials include the proposal, W-9 Form, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, Form 1295, three references, and Supplier Information. An optional virtual question-and-answer session is scheduled, and proposals may be submitted electronically or as sealed paper proposals; emailed and faxed proposals are not accepted.
