The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures is conducting an open competitive procurement for a single service provider to deliver on-demand professional information technology services specializing in continuous improvement. Services will support various projects and initiatives and will address a profile identified in the solicitation documents. The contract has a maximum term of 36 months from award and will end upon the earlier of reaching its financial responsibility limit or the end of the stated term, subject to completion of outstanding work assignments. Bidders must maintain a permanent business establishment in Quebec or in a jurisdiction covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement and must hold ISO 9001:2015 accreditation. The solicitation recommends electronic submission through SEAO, while paper submissions may be delivered to the specified receiving counter.
