Description
The U.S. Navy requires one brand-name Miele PLW 7111 SlimLine laboratory glassware washer system, including the specified dispensing pump, baskets, inserts, modules, cleaning and neutralizing chemicals, installation kit, and Miele MOVE Connect software. The contractor must procure, deliver, install, calibrate, commission, and test the system at the Fuels Laboratory Department at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, while decommissioning, removing, hauling away, and disposing of the existing laboratory washer. Installation must be performed by a Miele factory-authorized technician and comply with the specified electrical, water, drainage, ventilation, and grounding requirements. The scope includes at least two full test cycles, a one-year workmanship warranty, delivery of manuals and software credentials, and at least one hour of hands-on user training. All personnel must be U.S. citizens and satisfy DBIDS base-access requirements. The quotation must cover every listed item and include pricing, technical capability, point-of-contact information, business size, CAGE code, and payment terms.
