SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to procure adult trauma center accreditation services. This is a discretionary award with an estimated value up to $125,000. Vendors interested in providing proposals must contact the designated campus contact within fifteen (15) business days of the advertised notice. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law concerning lobbying, and all communication must be directed to the individual listed below. Vendors must also complete applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS SFL SSS 139 j&k, and NYS Tax Law Section 5-a. Valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability forms are also required.
