Description
SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to procure High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) and Cryo lasers, along with associated disposable products. Vendors capable of supplying these items, or an equivalent, are encouraged to contact the listed officer for detailed specifications and to discuss the opportunity. Any proposed equivalent must include supporting documentation and be available for examination, demonstration, and trial at no cost. This procurement is subject to New York State Finance Law 139 j&k, requiring that all communication be directed solely to the listed contact via email. Unauthorized contact with other SUNY Upstate personnel may result in penalties, including contract non-award or debarment. The successful contractor will be required to submit documentation related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, and New York State's Tax Law Section 5-a. New England Mobile Medical was awarded a similar contract within the past five years.
