Description
SUNY Upstate Medical University is interested in procuring rental and laundering services for linen supplies and lab coats for its Downtown and Community Campus locations. The university intends to make an award to Alsco, Inc. under its discretionary authority, as permitted by NYS Education Law. A sealed bid process will not be conducted. Firms interested in providing a proposal for these services must contact the designated campus contact within 15 business days of the Advertisement Notice. All questions pertaining to this procurement must be submitted formally to the designated staff, including the contact person for questions and the person to whom bids should be submitted. Contacting other staff regarding this procurement may result in disqualification. No specific set-aside goals (SDVOB, MWBE, DBE) are listed for this procurement. Alsco, Inc. was awarded a substantially similar contract within the past five years.
