Request for Snow Removal Proposal The Conway Township Board is accepting sealed bids for snow removal and salting for the Township Hall parking lot and sidewalks at 8015 N. Fowlerville Road, Fowlerville MI 48836 for the 2026/2027 season. Sealed bids will be accept- ed until October 20, 2026 at 3pm, mailed to PO Box 1157 or placed in the drop box anytime be- fore then. A current Certificate of Insurance and a completed W9 must be included with all bids. The Township has the right to reject any and all bids and does not have to be bound to the lowest bid. Please see www.conwayMI.gov for more informa- tion and the full form to submit or visit during office hours on Tuesday and Wednesdays from 9am to 3pm to pick up the form. Conway Township is soliciting sealed bids for snow removal and salting at the Township Hall parking lot and sidewalks during the 2026/2027 season. Snow must be removed by 8:00 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and on all other days as weather permits; weeklong snow and ice removal is mandatory. Pricing is requested per push for 1–6 inches and 6 inches or more of accumulation, plus per-application pricing for parking-lot salt and calcium chloride for sidewalks. The successful bidder must provide commercial general liability insurance with a combined limit of at least $1,000,000, workers’ compensation insurance as required by law, and name Conway Township and its elected officials, officers, board members, agents, and employees as additional insureds. A current certificate of insurance must be submitted with the bid and maintained throughout performance.
