Description
Lansing Board of Water & Light is seeking pricing and availability for 34 new single-phase, padmount, loop-feed distribution transformers: two 25 kVA units, one 37.5 kVA unit, one 50 kVA unit, and one 75 kVA unit. The requested electrical configurations include 13,200GRDY/7,620 and, for the larger units, 4,160GRDY/2,400 x 13,200GRDY/7,620, with 240/120-volt secondary voltage. The RFQ identifies manufacturers including ERMCO Distribution Transformers, Howard Industries, General Electric, ABB, and Cooper Power Systems, and requires bidders to provide manufacturer and part-number information, unit pricing, total pricing, and delivery lead times. Responses must include the completed RFQ, required supplier information, acknowledgments and certifications in the electronic bid response, safety data, and at least three references for similar work. The buyer's material-purchase terms require new materials from reputable manufacturers, delivery to the buyer's location, and applicable warranties and insurance after award.
