Description
Lansing Board of Water and Light is seeking proposals for a water fittings stocking agreement covering a broad range of waterworks materials, including brass and compression fittings, couplings, elbows, tees, nipples, meter yokes and pit components, backflow preventer assemblies, and ball and gate valves. The Scope of Work identifies approved manufacturers and requires bidders to provide unit pricing, manufacturer and part-number information, and delivery times for the listed materials. The solicitation also includes annual usage and three-month stock requirements. Responses must use the buyer's Scope of Work proposal form and include the required compliance affidavit, current TCIR and/or DART safety data, references for similar work, and required electronic bid attributes. Exceptions to the buyer's terms must be submitted as red-lined edits in the provided Microsoft Word terms document. The buyer may evaluate price, responsiveness, delivery, exceptions, financial stability, and relevant experience, and reserves the right to accept a proposal in whole or in part.
