Description
Lansing Board of Water & Light is seeking a contractor to assess, design, supply, install, configure, and support upgraded audio/visual and conferencing technology for Executive Conference Room 404 and Training Room 208. The solution must address displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, content sharing, room acoustics, concealed cabling, Microsoft Teams compatibility, interoperability with Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet, centralized remote management, room-booking panels integrated with Microsoft 365/Exchange, and optional wayfinding boards and portable displays. The scope also includes removal or repurposing of existing equipment, project planning, site assessment, documentation, testing, training, production transition, and post-go-live support. Proponents must provide an executive summary, proposed solution and company information, at least three similar recent customer references, detailed services and support information, applicable standards, staffing information, and firm-fixed pricing itemized by room, licensing, equipment, installation, configuration, support, and optional technologies. The proposal must address technical, cybersecurity, data-management, accessibility, artificial-intelligence, implementation, and support requirements. Shortlisted proponents may be required to provide an in-person demonstration. Proposals must be submitted through the IonWave electronic bidding service; email submissions are not accepted.
