Description
Collier County is requesting an all-inclusive quote for the rental, installation, inspection, maintenance, and removal of commercial-quality holiday decorations in the Bayshore Community Redevelopment Area. The scope includes LED lighting on palms and bridge light poles, wreaths on bridge railings and planters, a 16- to 18-foot lighted Christmas tree with a star, solar lighting for a County-owned Bromeliad Tree frame, and multicolored lighting on a 40-foot flagpole to simulate a Christmas tree. The vendor must provide all required labor, equipment, materials, traffic-control measures, installation, testing, and removal. Decorations must be installed and lit by November 14 and removed by the third Monday in January. The vendor must perform monthly nighttime inspections as needed, repair reported issues within 48 hours at no additional cost, bury extension cords where required, and provide verbal notification when the lights are operational. The quote is a one-time purchase-order requirement awarded to the responsive vendor offering the lowest quote. Required response materials include the online questionnaire, proof of Florida business status, E-Verify enrollment evidence, a W-9, applicable licenses, and acknowledgment of the stated insurance requirements.
