Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a brand-name-or-equal CFX Opus 96 real-time PCR instrument with a 96-well format, five-color plus FRET detection, network connectivity, base unit, and cables. The requirement also includes a CFX Opus Wi-Fi adapter, ENP CFX Opus PCR MI, CFX Maestro 2.0 software license, PCR plates, plate-sealing film, an iScript Advanced cDNA Synthesis Kit, and SsoAdvanced Universal SYBR Green Supermix. The contractor must provide new OEM items or qualifying brand-name-or-equal products, be the OEM or an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, and submit an OEM authorization letter. Installation and equipment demonstration are required. Delivery for all line items is required within 90 days after receipt of order, FOB destination. Quotes must include the completed pricing schedule, signed solicitation documents, required representations and certifications, Buy American Certificate, delivery statement, warranty terms, product literature as applicable, OEM authorization letter, and any applicable SDVOSB or VOSB certifications.
