Description
The Organization of American States (OAS) is seeking expert consulting firms to provide services in three key areas for its Human Resources Department. These services include strategic workforce planning (SWP) for the short and medium term, a technical proposal for an audit of all staff positions at the organizational/secretariat level, and an evaluation of the use of independent consultants, contractors, and related personnel arrangements. Bidders have the option to submit a comprehensive proposal covering all three services or partial proposals for one or two of them. The OAS is committed to promoting organizational fairness, equity, and effective alignment of its personnel, and these consultancies are aimed at strengthening its workforce planning, audit processes, and the management of consultants.
