Description
This document outlines the standard purchase order terms and conditions for vendors contracting with Richardson Independent School District. It covers definitions, modifications, invoicing and payment procedures, delivery terms, warranties, cancellation rights, inspection, assignment, gratuities, patent indemnification, termination, force majeure, fair labor standards, and certifications including non-boycott of Israel. Vendors must comply with all terms, including FOB destination delivery, tax exemption, and written approval for any changes.
