Description
The National Park Service's Outer Banks Group is procuring bulk clam shell material for off-road vehicle ramp maintenance at multiple locations within Cape Hatteras National Seashore. The base requirement is 1,200 cubic yards, with options for 210 cubic yards delivered to the Ocracoke Shell Storage Site and 780 cubic yards delivered to the Cape Point Campground storage site. The material must meet the specifications in the statement of work, and the contractor must provide pricing, lead time, product specifications, and information demonstrating its capability to perform. This is a firm-fixed-price, total small business set-aside RFQ. Quotes will be evaluated based on price, ability to meet the specifications, completion time, and relevant past performance. The amendment corrects the product service code information; all other solicitation terms remain unchanged.
