Description
The City of Elizabeth City is soliciting sealed bids for demolition work at 1221 Carolina Avenue. The scope includes demolishing the building and pool; removing trees, brush, debris, trash, and junk from the property; backfilling and grading disturbed areas; and removing asbestos material if applicable. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and supplies at no additional cost to the City and must remove all debris existing on or associated with the demolition. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and will be opened on September 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
