Description
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking a vendor to provide and deliver, on an as-needed basis, double-crushed road rock, sand-fill, and #57 3/4-inch washed rock. The estimated initial-term quantities are 1,000 tons of double-crushed road rock, 500 tons of sand-fill, and 100 tons of #57 3/4-inch washed rock; quantities are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Pricing must be provided per ton and include loading, transportation, fuel, labor, equipment, and all other delivery costs. Orders will identify the material, approximate quantity or number of loads, requested delivery date, and delivery location. Typical delivery locations include 13975 Pembroke Road and 8500 W. Cypress Drive in Pembroke Pines, with possible delivery to other City-designated locations. The vendor must provide delivery tickets or equivalent documentation identifying the material, quantity, delivery date, and delivery location. The initial contract term is two years with two additional two-year renewal terms. Aggregate spend is estimated at up to $25,000 annually. No proposal, payment, or performance bond is required.
