Description
Amherst School is soliciting proposals for approximately nine Cisco C9200L-48P-4G-A switches or equivalents and approximately nine Meraki MS210/MS120 switches or equivalents, including all relevant components, installation, configuration, software, and licenses. The district is interested in three-year software and license agreements and will consider equivalent, greater or lesser quantities, and more cost-effective alternatives. The solicitation also requests basic maintenance of internal connections and managed internal broadband services for existing equipment, including software and license support for distributing high-speed broadband throughout the school buildings. Proposals must separate eligible and non-eligible costs, identify whether software and licenses are managed licenses or internal connections, include scalability of bandwidth, and comply with applicable E-Rate and Texas Education Agency purchasing requirements. The evaluation criteria include price, vendor reputation and quality, fit with the applicant’s needs, past relationship, long-term cost, and discounted bills.
