Description
The Carmel Central School District is soliciting sealed bids for the lease financing of six 66-passenger school buses. Bid documents can be obtained between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on regular business days up to the bid opening date. Inquiries and requests for emailed bid documents should be directed to transportationbids@carmelschools.org. The District Office can be reached at (845) 225-3200. Sealed bids must be received at the District Office by 11:00 AM on Monday, June 29, 2026. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Bid #26-26 - Lease Financing - School Buses" along with the bidder's name and address. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
