The U.S. Government is considering renewing a lease for approximately 1300 rentable square feet of retail/office space for an Armed Forces Career Center. The lease term will not exceed five years, with government termination rights. The space must be located within a five-mile radius of SE 15th St. and S. Sooner Rd, Midwest City, OK. Non-exclusive on-site parking for up to seven government vehicles must be provided 24/7. Interested parties, including building owners and their exclusive representatives, must submit their responses. Representatives must include proof of exclusive representation. The government will consider alternate space if economically advantageous, factoring in move costs, tenant improvements, and downtime.
