Description
The U.S. Embassy in Ankara, Turkiye, intends to solicit for three brand-new, unused, model year 2026 or newer C-segment compact sport utility vehicles (SUVs). The vehicles must be left-hand drive (LHD) with automatic transmission, a five-passenger seating capacity, and a gasoline or gasoline-hybrid powertrain meeting Euro 6 or later emissions standards accepted for registration in Turkiye. The vehicles must be built or homologated for lawful registration, operation, and use in Turkiye, with warranty coverage, authorized after-sales service, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts support available locally. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures, with an anticipated award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order/contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. A pre-quotation conference is not planned.
