Description
The project involves work on the wastewater treatment facility’s Solids Handling Building odor scrubber. The contractor must remove and dispose of the existing spent carbon and oxidant media, inspect the FRP scrubber tank and media beds, and perform needed repairs. The scope also includes supplying and installing new virgin activated carbon and oxidant media, testing the existing spent media to determine whether it is hazardous, and completing final testing.
