Description
The U.S. Navy is conducting market research for non-personal public affairs, visual information, knowledge management, multimedia, social media, and SharePoint support services for Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet. The scope includes strategic communications and media analysis; communication plans, playbooks, talking points, press releases, and outreach support; social media strategy and content; full-cycle video, photography, graphic design, and visual media production; Surface Warfare Magazine production; PA/VI equipment inventory, maintenance, training, and lifecycle management; and administration of public, NIPR, and SIPR SharePoint and web environments. The requirement includes six key or designated personnel roles, each estimated at 1,912 hours annually. Personnel must hold active Secret clearances at proposal submission and maintain them throughout performance. The anticipated structure is a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and an optional six-month extension. This is a sources-sought notice, not a request for proposals; respondents must submit a capability statement of no more than five pages and may provide draft PWS comments. Submissions must include business size, socioeconomic status, CAGE code, SeaPort NxG contract number, and information about teaming and subcontracting arrangements.
