Description
The Department of the Navy Rapid Capabilities Office is seeking industry participants for a Disruptor Day focused on commercial data and technologies that support rapid data fusion, multi-sensor correlation, and real-time maritime domain awareness. Participants may demonstrate novel data sources, analytics tools, or both, with capabilities to detect, locate, identify, and track cooperative and non-cooperative maritime vessels, including predicted vessel tracks and entity-resolution insights. Solutions must support ingestion, correlation, and analysis using standardized GeoJSON data. Relevant capabilities include electro-optical, infrared, thermal, synthetic aperture radar, radio-frequency, automatic identification system, commodities, social-media, and acoustic data, as well as correlation engines and analytical methodologies that can enhance the unclassified SeaVision tool. Participants should identify data sources, describe their analytical methods, and provide latency and collection-frequency information. The event is expected to use Limited Purpose Cooperative Research and Development Agreements, but the notice is not a solicitation and does not commit the Government to an award.
