Description
The USDA Forest Service is soliciting an eligible contractor under the R2 Rocky Mountain Restoration Project Stewardship BPA for the Silver Creek Integrated Resource Service Contract on the Pike-San Isabel National Forest. The work includes sawtimber removal, steep-slope logging, non-commercial thinning, biomass treatment, decking, manual thinning, lopping and scattering, slash treatment, and road maintenance on NFSR 201C. Amendment 002 clarifies the requirements for hand thinning non-sawtimber and biomass material across 296 acres, including species-specific cutting, spacing, retention, and slash-treatment requirements. The requirement may be awarded to one vendor as a BPA call order, and participation is restricted to companies already approved for eligible call orders under the applicable Stewardship BPA.
