Description
The City of Faribault is soliciting a contractor to replace water services from curb-stop connections to water meters inside homes. The project includes approximately 19 complete meter-side water service replacements and 28 complete system-side water service replacements, along with all applicable removals and restoration. Bids must include 5% bid security and be submitted electronically through QuestCDN's VirtuBid application. Bidders must be listed as plan holders through QuestCDN for their bids to be accepted. The successful contractor must meet Minnesota's responsible-contractor requirements, including verification requirements for applicable first-tier subcontractors and motor carriers.
