Description
The Metropolitan Council is soliciting electronic bids for Blue Lake WRRF Digester No. 4, Project Number 809720 and Contract Number 26P049. The work includes adding a fourth digester, rehabilitating the gravity thickener tank, and completing electrical rehabilitation and improvements. The solicitation includes specialty-contractor prequalification for the digester construction scope. Bidders must submit electronic bid packages through QuestCDN and be registered plan holders.
