Description
Kern Community College District is soliciting sealed bids for the remodel of Room 14 in the Math Science Allied Health building at Bakersfield College. The project is a prevailing-wage construction project subject to applicable California Labor Code and Department of Industrial Relations requirements, including certified payroll reporting where applicable. Bidders must use the District-furnished bid form and possess California license classification B. The successful contractor and subcontractors must comply with prevailing-wage, apprenticeship, workers’ compensation, payroll-record, and related labor requirements. A mandatory job walk is required before bidding.
