Description
Workforce Solutions Borderplex is conducting an information-gathering effort to identify existing education, training, apprenticeship, and workforce development programs that prepare individuals for careers supporting data centers and related infrastructure. Relevant industries include data center construction and operations, industrial construction, utilities, energy, telecommunications, advanced manufacturing, and semiconductor or electronics manufacturing. Respondents are asked to describe their organization and service area; existing programs, occupations, target populations, training length, delivery format, capacity, and annual participation; curriculum components; industry credentials; employer engagement; program outcomes; and relevant industry experience. Supporting materials such as brochures, curriculum outlines, course descriptions, training schedules, credential information, employer partnership information, and outcome summaries may be included. This is an RFI for planning and market research only, not a procurement, funding opportunity, or commitment to purchase services; respondents should not submit pricing, cost proposals, or formal offers.
