Description
The Nevada Health Authority's Medicaid Prescription Drug Rebate program is conducting an RFI for a SaaS platform that combines general pharmaceutical data, retrospective pricing analytics, clinical pipeline information, and medical/pharmacy benefit crosswalks into a single platform supporting preferred drug list management. The platform should support Medicaid fiscal forecasting, formulary, clinical, contracting, and market-access decisions, including drug availability analysis, clinical pathways, preferred products, site-of-care analysis, disease-class strategy reports, drug alerts, pipeline trend reports, new-drug reviews, and assessments of anticipated brand-product prevalence and pricing impacts. The requested solution should provide lifecycle visibility for brand, generic, and biosimilar products; loss-of-exclusivity, litigation, regulatory, launch, and pricing analysis; market and financial forecasting resources; transparent forecast inputs, alerts, scorecards, analogs, and expert consultations; and medical drug-code validation for HCPCS/CPT coding, billing, reimbursement, compliance, and strategy. The SaaS platform is expected to provide around-the-clock web access, reports, alerts, expert consultations, and support from executive clinical pharmacists. Vendors are asked to provide projected costs. This is an RFI only and will not result in a contract award.
