Request for Proposals of Energy Service Providers for a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract Notice is hereby given that Portage Township Schools shall receive proposals for a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract until 2PM CST, September 11, 2026 at the Administration Office, 6240 US-6, Portage, IN 46368. Proposals will be in accordance with I.C. 36-1-12.5 and the Request for Proposals (RFP) guidelines. The Qualified Provider to whom the work is awarded shall conform to the wages determined for this project. All Proposals must contain the content and, in the format, described within the RFP. Description
Portage Township Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified energy service providers for a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract. The project will be performed in accordance with Indiana Code 36-1-12.5 and the guidelines set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The selected provider must conform to the wages determined for this project. Proposals must contain the content and format described in the RFP. The Board reserves the right to terminate the project prior to receiving bids, to reject any and all proposals, and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the proposals offered.
