Description
The Town of Munster is seeking a qualified design-build entity to provide a complete Automated Control System, including Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), for the Town's water and wastewater utility infrastructure. The scope includes engineering design, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, training, and warranty services. The project will be delivered under a single design-build contract, with one firm responsible for the full engineering and construction scope. The system is intended to improve operational reliability, cybersecurity, and visibility across the water distribution system.
