Submission Instructions
Description
The City of Lawrence is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver approximately 3,000 tons of riprap material for its 2026 Levee Rip Rap Project. Delivery is scheduled between October 1 and November 1, 2026, and the material is intended to cover approximately 60,000 square feet. The riprap must comply with KDOT Specification 1114.2, “Stone for Riprap.” The contractor must deliver the material using side-dump trailers and account for all delivery logistics and coordination with City staff. City staff will place the material. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City's e-Procurement Portal, and the bidder must provide the required certification, current W-9, Kansas business-registration information, and printed SAM documentation as specified.
