Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit, intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for building electrical materials and supplies needed on an as-needed basis to operate and maintain government properties and support safe healthcare services for patients, staff, and visitors. The anticipated structure is a one-year base period from award with one option year. This is a special notice of intent, not a request for quotations, and no solicitation will be issued. Other capable sources are invited to submit a capability statement, price lists, and catalogs by email. The notice states that an existing prospective BPA arrangement is considered sufficient unless the Kayenta Health Center's needs change, although additional BPAs may be established if determined to be in the government's best interest.
