Description
Topeka Public Schools is soliciting proposals for two school buses, used or new condition, with a 2021 or newer model year, 30–39 passenger capacity or greater, two or three wheelchair stations, air conditioning, and Thomas or equivalent branding. Air or hydraulic brakes will be considered, mileage must be provided, and less than 80,000 miles is preferred. Bidders must provide pricing for an extra set of keys, detailed manufacturer literature, service and preventive-maintenance information, warranty details, and delivery information. The proposal must include the completed bid sheet and signature sheet, technical and cost proposals, company history and organization, applicable specification checklist, applicable bonds, proof of insurance, proposed contracts or related documents if applicable, immigration control certification, debarment certification, and non-collusion affidavit. Buses are to be delivered FOB destination within 90 days after receipt of order. Bonds are expressly not required.
