Description
The Town of Silverton is seeking qualified food and beverage vendors to provide food and beverage services at Kendall Mountain Ski Area during the upcoming ski season, tentatively from December 5, 2026, through April 30, 2027, and for other special events. The selected vendor will provide offerings suited to ski enthusiasts and visitors, maintain punctual service, and deliver a friendly customer experience. Because the facility lacks a commercial kitchen, vendors must demonstrate experience providing food on a reheated basis and describe the equipment and methods they will use to reheat food while maintaining quality. Vendors must comply with applicable health and safety requirements and include any required certifications or permits in their proposals. Proposals will be evaluated on relevant experience and qualifications, suitability of the offerings, and the proposed operational and staffing plan. Contract terms will be negotiated with the selected vendor.
