Description
The City of Eagle Pass is soliciting proposals from caterers, restaurants, and food-service vendors to provide appetizer/finger-food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner services on an as-needed basis. Vendors may offer any combination of service categories. Requirements include defined menu packages, per-person pricing, delivery, pickup, buffet or plated service options, dietary accommodations, food-safety controls, and disclosure of all mandatory fees. The City may make one or more nonexclusive awards by category, with no guaranteed order volume or expenditure. Proposals must include vendor information, menus and pricing, service terms, food permits and certifications, inspection documentation, an insurance certificate or insurer letter, signed offer and disclosure materials, and applicable conflict-of-interest documentation. The initial contract term is one year from the effective date, with up to two additional one-year renewals by mutual written agreement.
