Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting one battery-operated, pocket-size otoscope and ophthalmoscope set under NSN 6515-01-333-3165. The complete set includes a case, diagnostic halogen otoscope head, pocket halogen ophthalmoscope head with red-free filter, examination-instrument bulbs, and a 2.5-volt handle. The requested unit of issue is one set, with delivery required five days after award and FOB destination. The item is FDA-regulated and must meet the stated registration, listing, labeling, and good manufacturing practice requirements. Commercial packaging, medical marking, destination inspection, and applicable domestic-material restrictions are required. Alternate products may be offered only with complete technical data describing both the requested and alternate products; the quote must identify the source and part number being supplied.
