Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 10 laparoscopic claw forceps, NSN 6515-01-425-3140, identified as Olympus America Inc. Precision 7P195, part number A6122. The item is FDA-regulated and must be supplied as a complete unit with commercial packaging and packing suitable to prevent damage or breakage during shipment. Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and the specified packaging requirements apply. The quotation is for a supply purchase with destination inspection and acceptance. Delivery is required within 84 days after order, FOB destination, to the designated U.S. military medical materiel distribution facility in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
