Description
This Sources Sought notice concerns potential Air Mobility Command Gateway Passenger Services supporting the Defense Transportation System and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The contractor would support one outbound/originating mission per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year, with corresponding inbound/terminating missions and additional workload caused by delays, aborted missions, or overlapping missions. The scope includes passenger processing, terminal-side baggage acceptance and reconciliation, mission coordination, manual manifesting, Mission Capability cargo and Military Working Dog documentation and notification coordination, staffing, training, records, and operational support. The contractor would not perform ramp-side baggage transport, aircraft loading or unloading, operate flight-line vehicles or motorized ground support equipment, or physically handle Military Working Dogs. The notice is market research intended to inform a future requirement rather than an immediate contract award. Responses should address company information, business size, relevant commercial and military experience, staffing, operational risks and mitigations, commercial practices, contract vehicles, and recommendations concerning the draft Performance Work Statement; responses are limited to 10 pages excluding the title page and cover letter.
