Description
The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from property owners and authorized representatives for a fully serviced lease of 17,480 to 18,354 ABOA square feet at Luis Muñoz Marín Airport and/or Muñiz Air Base in Carolina, Puerto Rico. The requirement includes approximately 15,475 ABOA square feet of hangar space, 1,331 ABOA square feet of office/pre-flight space, 674 ABOA square feet of storage/maintenance space, and a restroom with shower, along with four reserved surface parking spaces. The facility must accommodate at least five specified aircraft, allow 24/7/365 access, support aircraft repairs inside the hangar, and include a motorized hangar door. The space must meet applicable security, fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, floodplain, and fully serviced lease requirements. The lease has a 20-year full term and a 15-year firm term. Expressions of interest must provide property, availability, space, pricing, operating-cost, layout, and ownership-authorization information; optional fixed-base-operator services may also be proposed.
