Description
Seattle Public Schools is seeking approval to renew its existing PowerSchool enterprise student systems environment for the 2026/27 term through a competitive exemption. The requested products include PowerSchool SIS, The Source, PowerTeacher, PowerTeacher Pro, Analytics & Insights (MTSS), Enrollment Registration & Enrollment Languages, PD+ Subscription, Performance Matters, Schoology, and Special Program – 504. The products are integrated with the District’s existing student information environment and support student and staff data, enrollment, assessment, reporting, authentication, school operations, state and federal reporting, security roles, workflows, historical data, and third-party integrations. The request covers one year of continuity while the District conducts an enterprise student systems feasibility study and evaluates future continuation, replacement, consolidation, or phased transition. The stated total contract amount is $3,914,817 including Washington State sales tax, with an annual contract amount of $1,404,871 including tax.
