Description
The Corpus Christi Downtown Management District and its affiliated nonprofit, the Downtown Revitalization Alliance, seek a contractor to provide day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration for both organizations. Work includes accounts payable and receivable, payroll and benefits administration, bank reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, maintaining separate entity records and tracking inter-entity transactions, audit preparation, 1099 support, and financial support for management and board inquiries. Payroll services are negotiable, and the contractor must attend up to four board meetings annually in person. The contractor will also assist with migrating financial records and implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting QuickBooks Online and Bill.com, including staff training and process improvements. The initial contract term is one year, with renewal by mutual agreement. The anticipated annual contract value is not to exceed $25,000. Proposals must include a title page, a scope-of-services response, an itemized labor-cost estimate, and insurance information; a Certificate of Insurance is required upon contract award, not with the proposal.
