Description
The South Dakota State Government is seeking customizable digital procurement platforms with related services that enable participating entities to purchase operational goods through an auditable, ERP-integrated purchasing environment. Required capabilities include access to office supplies and consumables; janitorial and facilities-maintenance supplies; safety supplies and personal protective equipment; technology hardware, peripherals, and accessories; and other general operational supplies. The platform should support tax-exemption management, approval workflows, spend and fraud controls, ERP and punchout integration, transaction documentation, seller governance, pricing compliance, supplier-diversity and sustainability initiatives, analytics, account management, and shipping, delivery, and logistics controls. Proposals may include complementary equipment, accessories, and services. Resulting master agreements are expected to have a four-year term, with up to three additional one-year extensions, and the estimated annual transaction value across resulting agreements is USD $1 billion, although sales are not guaranteed.
